Terms and Conditions

1. Paypal is accepted. Please send payment to: cybuski@comcast.net
   
   
2. All checks should be made out to:

   Jhon E Cash Rare Currency, Ltd.
   
   

3. We will only ship to confirmed paypal address. No exceptions.
   
   
4. Personal checks are accepted but must clear before we ship (unless prior arrangements have been made). Money orders and cashier's checks can be used to eliminate the waiting process.
   
   
5. Bank wires also accepted. Please contact jhon@jhonecash.com for routing instructions.
   
   
6. We have a 7-day no questions asked return policy for retail currency purchases.
   Sorry, returns are not allowed after 7 days from date of receipt of item. All items must be shipped back properly packaged in original condition, freight prepaid and insured.
   
   
7. Return Policy: All returns must be in same condition as received. Items should be properly packaged and postmarked within 7 days of your receipt. Damaged or lost return items are the responsibility of sender.
   
   
8. The return privilege is not applicable to any item offered for resale within the return privilege period (7 days). The reason for this condition is the recent spate of "quick turn artists" who reserve or order notes and then offer them in online auctions - only to return them for refunds if they don't sell at a profit. The notes are generally listed at one or two full grades higher than their purchase grade. Grading is subjective but this smacks of fraud.
   
   
9. Refund Policy: Once package or note is received and is acceptable, a refund check will be mailed to you within 48 hours, minus any Paypal fees incurred. If Paypal was not used, you will receive a full refund of purchase price only.
   
   
10. Most orders shipped within 24-48 business hours of approved funds, unless received on weekends or Holidays.
    
    
11. Layaways plans are available with 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days and 1/3 in 60 days. No interest is charged for the first 60 days. Layaways exceeding 60 days will be charged an interest rate of 1.5% per month. Cancellations during layaway will result in a 20% fee. All other funds will be promptly returned.
12. Shipping charges: Orders up to $1,000 will be $8.00; orders up to $2,499 will be $14.00. They are shipped USPS 3 day select INSURED. Orders over $2,500 are FREE and are shipped USPS Express Mail and overnight FedEx. Certain delivery areas/restrictions apply to overnight shipping.
    
    
13. Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax unless an original signed Texas Resell Certificate is provided.

15. Due to a fluctuating market, Jhon E Cash reserves the right to change prices without notice. They will be posted on the web site.
    
    

All items remain the property of Jhon E Cash Rare Currency, Ltd. until paid for in full. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon delivery or receipt of the currency note. Interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5% per month on unpaid balances unless other terms have been pre-arranged.
