1880-S $1 NGC MS67* Intense Full Spectrum Banded Rainbow Toned Morgan
Holy Smokes! It is not often that I find a 67 with so much intense color flowing across the obverse. The entire obverse is bathed in stunning rainbow hues with the most intense colors flowing right up through Libertys cheek and eye throuh her hair and right up to the rim. The luster is attractive and a nice cartwheel rolls across the surface as you twirl it in the light. Her cheek is nice and frosty and completely immersed in the most vibrant bands of the rainbow spectrum. Additionally, finding examples in 67 this intense usually end up starting in the 3k range and going up from there. I happened to buy this beauty right so act fast as I do not anticipate it hanging around very long. I will be adding this coin to my gallery but have not come up with a name for her yet so if you think of one, let me know.
(The video makes the coin look lighter in color than they really are. The pictures are a better representation of the color while the video better shows the surfaces and luster.)
